Myrtlewood by its very nature excels all other hardwoods in variety of color and beauty of grain. When ordering you can expect variations in color and shape. If you prefer a certain color please select from the following general choices: blond, honey, and brown.

All most all of our kitchen items are sealed and
treated with either a:
- Food-Safe Mineral Oil finish - this keeps the product looking fresh and can be reapplied whenever wood starts to look dull from use and washing.
OR
- Beeswax Paste finish (O) - low maintenance; re-wax as needed with Zumwalt's Wooden Ware Care, produced here with 100% Walnut oil, mineral oil, and beeswax blended together into a totally food-safe paste which is then applied to the bowls; good for serving "all foods" hot or cold from soups to salads and everything in between.
